How to lose 20-50 pounds or more in a few months

By following this free diet plan repeatedly over a period of time you will finally be able to get rid of larger overweight or obesity, BUT please read this page carefully – you can not just follow the diet plan week after week. It would make you lose weight, but it would also make you sick, so don’t even try!

Weightloss77 contains only healthy normal food items, so most overweight, but otherwise healthy people will be able to use the diet successfully. But, even if dieting feels much easier, I must warn you, that losing a pound or more per day with Weightloss77, is – in some ways - just as hard for your body, as it would be to lose the same by exercising. Your body fat doesn’t just vanish – it is broken down into acid and other waste products, that your system has to deal with. So as always: please talk to your doctor before starting any diet, and preferably also during the diet.

As said before, you can not just follow this diet plan week after week until you have reached your target weight. The reason for that, is that even if Weightloss77 consists only of healthy food items, it is not a perfectly balanced diet, so there might be some important minerals or vitamins that you get in too small amounts during the diet. This can be ok for a week, but if it goes on, you will get sick. We all know, that obesity will also make you sick, but why replace one health risk with another?

What you need to do, to get a steady and lasting weight loss with Weightloss77, is to follow the diet plan once every 3-4 weeks, meaning that you should be dieting for one week, and then eat normally for at least two weeks – and so on, and so on, until you reach your target.

Maybe you are a bit disappointed now, if you made the fast calculation that 7 pounds a week, would be 30 pounds a month, but you shouldn’t be, even if I know that some dieting pages on the internet will promise you results like that. The difference is, that they are trying to earn money by selling you a diet – I’m trying to help you by giving you a diet. The sad truth is, that if you lose much more than 2-3 pounds per week on average, your weight will bounce back fast as soon as you stop dieting, and the fat is not likely to come back on the most attractive places first…

Anyway, 2-3 pounds a week is 8-13 pounds a month and 100-150 pounds a year, so you will reach your target weight sooner or later!

In the normal weeks between the dieting weeks, there is no need to go back to overeating as you might have done before you started Weightloss77. Luckily you will normally not feel able to eat the same meal sizes as before the diet, so listen to your body and stop eating when you’re full. During the diet, you should be at least as active as you would normally be – you will lose weight even if you stay on the couch, but you would gain it back fast. Take my word for it, or read why at Dieting and Exercise.
